Submitting a contact form or "Enquire Now" request does not constitute a binding purchase agreement. A sale is only finalized once both parties agree to and sign the applicable purchase documentation in person or through an authorized channel.
Crown Agency accepts card payments, mobile payments, and other secure payment methods as agreed with our sales team. Installment and financing plans are subject to separate agreement and eligibility. All transactions are processed securely; we do not store full payment card details on our systems.
Vehicles are listed as "Brand New," "Used," or "Refurbished" based on our internal assessment at the time of listing. We encourage all customers to inspect a vehicle and review its service history before completing a purchase. Warranty terms, where applicable, will be provided in writing at the point of sale.
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to disrupt its normal operation, scraping content without permission, or submitting false or misleading information through our forms.
Crown Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
